So this place is extremely insane/overpriced. I had done a nail set a day prior but the salon I went to didn’t have the exact color I wanted. So I painted it with regular polish (hands and feet) and went to nail box to change the polish to gel + added pearl chrome. This means she didn’t even have to file to remove a gel polish. I said multiple times I didn’t want her to file because I was happy with my shape. I also didn’t want her to change the edges because I don’t like bubbly edges so NO FILE. She filed anyway. The paint job was fine, just a yellow color for hands and feet + pearl chrome. When I paid, the total was about 55 US (3000 pesos) AND they charged extra for file EVEN THOUGH I ASKED HER NOT TO FILE! Literally just a color change. These prices are crazier than NY or LA and these girls do not get paid American salaries. Super disappointed because part of having good service is transparency. Again, the paint job was fine (I’ve added the receipt so you’re aware ahead of time).
