Customer service was good, I also got my nails and eyebrows done very nicely. My only critique is that it seemed like there was no set price and the nail technicians charged whatever amount they felt like. There should be set prices.
They overcharged me for their services. 2 pedicures and a hair washing ended up being 7,740 pesos, after them saying it was only 3,300. Will never go back.
The WhatsApp service could be more efficient; when I arrived, my appointment wasn't showing up. However, the staff's attentiveness made me forget about that issue. I felt comfortable. I found parking. The coffee was delicious. They work with Gelish, Morgan Taylor, and OPI. The massage was great. The facial was very good.
I'm not one to get my nails done, but I went there to get extensions and a Cuccio builder. The person who helped me was super friendly and nice, but my nails didn't last long; they kept breaking off one by one. For the $2,500 I had to pay (way above most places), the least I expected was quality work. Anyway, I won't go back, nor would I recommend it.
This is a place I've been coming to twice a week for over a year now. I also come with my two daughters, who are also clients. I always receive excellent service, but TODAY, August 21, 2025, I told a hairdresser named Bianca that her cell phone volume was too high. I don't know if she heard me because it was VERY LOUD. I texted the person who takes appointments, who very kindly asked her to lower the volume or use headphones, and she replied that she should buy them herself and tell the other employees to be quiet (they were in another area). So… #THEHAPPYPLACE IS NOT THAT HAPPY. Apparently, some employees do whatever they please, and this particular lady is VERY rude. I'm still sitting here, and when they told her it was me she was bothering, she called me a "lowlife" and didn't lower the volume at all. She added, shouting, to another hairdresser named Miguelina, "Remind me to tell you a story," obviously because of the situation.
