This establishment is an expert at customer service from the communication with scheduling to when you are in the social club. Their massage professionals are fantastic. They take care of all my muscle pain. The 90 minute massage is the service you must experience.

Only complaint? I didn’t find it sooner. I visited The Recovery Spot during my trip to Santo Domingo—first for a massage, then returned for an ice bath session, and I was blown away both times. The place is spotless, the staff is amazing, and the entire vibe is focused on real recovery. They’ve got everything you need to reset your body. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city—don’t wait like I did!

I needed a recovery spot and I found it! The best I had so far I the last couple of years, and the best in Santo Domingo. Professional service, super clean and hygienic. Everything smells so fresh. The industrial design and decor is beautiful. Pedro welcomed me at the entrance. And put me in the care of Robert. What a good full body massage. The detail of the impulse pads, with a heated pad started to loosen up my stiff back. Excellent service Robert. Look no further. You will not be disappointed. The worst massage I’ve ever gotten in my life. I booked a 90 minute session and the masseuse placed a heating pad on my back and left for the first 15 minutes. I repeatedly said the pressure was too strong and she didn’t lower it. I get massages in every city I visit and this was hands down the worst.

10 / 10 ! I'm from Miami and this is the best recovery center I have ever been to great job !! Definitely recommend it.
