The spa at Casa de Campos is incredible and so serene. Highly recommend.

It is one of the most AMAZING massages and a stunning place that I had so far from visiting many spas around the world! I did a Casa De Campo Signature Massage and it was great! They recommended that you arrive 1.30 mins earlier to enjoy the Hydrothermal Experience with a swimming suit on! The Hydrothermal experience is one of my highlights for this spa! I feel incredible after doing steam, sauna, warm pool, cold pool, etc per the instruction of the spa employee. After the massage, I can either relax in the quiet room or hang out at the private pool. They will serve your choice of tea for free. If you are hungry, they can serve food from the spa kitchen at the pool. I spent 5 hours in total at the spa place and I did not want to leave.

Outstanding Service from Lisbeth O, Vercis C, and Erick at the spa. They were very sweet and kind and took care of us as soon as we stepped in the spa and until we left the facility. Amazing team and asset to Casa de Compo!!!! My friends had the best massage and they are massage guru. They forgot the masood names. I had a facial but my lady was late 15 mins when she picked me up from the relaxation room. She was not gentle as many other facials I have had before. I should have told her to be more gentle but I did not want to interrupt her as she had to rush for another client behind me. I did not want her to make another person late. Hope that she takes this as constructive feedback. Overall, I still give 5-star for the service of Lisbeth O, Vercis C, and Erick!

Beautiful retreat. A must try. Once you are inside, you immediately feel an unimaginable peace and sense of all worries lifting off. I made the reservation at the hotel reception desk with the concierge. He was so patient and very amicable. Once I got there, they attended me very quickly. The front desk girls are very nice as well. They assign you another person that show you the facilities. This person becomes like your personal assistant. You don’t have to worry about anything, not even lifting a finger 🙂 You can use the whole facility with your treatment. Due to other planned activities, I only was able to use the showers, bathroom, and eucalyptus infused steam room. The showers are very clean and have all you need. The water fall showers are amazing. The steam room with eucalyptus is a definite must try; and you don’t have to worry about missing your treatment cause your assistance will go and get you. Then I used the rest area. It’s an area we’re you can relax (even more), read, sleep or enjoy the beautiful views. The only detail I wish the had are silence signs at the entrance of these area so the other guests keep silence. I was trying to rest but could hear clearly a very loud guest. For my treatment I choose a relaxing signature massage. The masseuse was amazing. She was so calming and explained you every step. Beautiful decorated place. *** Please add silence signage on the rest area as other guests may be quiet disturbing.

The new spa at Casa de Campo is on another level. The facilities are world class and the staff could not be any better. My massage was wonderful as well. Overall 5 star global spa experience. Well done!
