The Spot Carwash & Bar was open early when I visited, which was a big plus. I arrived just before 9:00 a.m., and they were already open and ready, with washers available right away. Many car washes in Santiago open later, so this was very convenient. The entrance can be a little confusing at first because it looks more like a restaurant from the front, and the car wash entrance is to the left. Once inside, the staff guided me where to park and took care of everything. They also have a patio seating area, and a waitress came out to take my order. I had a lemonade, which was refreshing, though a bit pricey. The only downside was the payment process—it wasn’t very clear who to pay at first, and the waitress had to confirm the service before bringing the bill. Also, they charge taxes on the car wash, which isn’t common at many local car washes, but I personally don’t mind since it keeps things proper. Overall, the wash quality was good, prices were average, and the early opening time is a big advantage. I’ll be back and plan to try the food next time.

Terrible experience. We paid for the full service, and if you don't stay and supervise the work every step of the way, they don't do everything included in the package. I went with a friend, and they left the undercarriage of his car poorly washed and very dirty. It's completely negligent; it seems they only do a good job if the customer is watching them. Beware if you're looking for honest and professional service.
