El servicio es 0 👎🏻👎🏻❌. Horrible. Definitivamente no vuelvo. Las dos chicas que trabajan ahí no ayudan en nada y tratan a los clientes como si uno hubiera llegado a molestarlas, además con mala cara. Estaban sentadas usando el teléfono y, cuando uno les pregunta algo, responden de manera incómoda y con mala actitud.

I had an excellent experience! I rented a dress for a wedding and it was perfect. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes, and the clothes are in excellent condition. The staff was also very friendly and helped me choose the best design for my event. I will definitely return and highly recommend them!

Terrible service at the Santiago branch. The girls there are incredibly rude and unpleasant. They found me some dresses that were supposedly my size, but when I tried them on, they didn't fit, so I immediately took them off. They made me pay 200 pesos because the seam had opened slightly, and they spoke to me arrogantly, saying the dress was supposedly new and that I had to pay for it, even though I hadn't noticed what had happened. Anyway, I paid because what bothered me was the way they spoke to a customer, not the money. But the most arrogant one was the Venezuelan woman who served me so rudely. This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A wide variety of pieces, incredible prices, and very attentive service. I was surprised that the owner even calls you to get feedback. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Update: Customer service has declined significantly. They don't seem to care if a customer is interested in buying a piece they liked, even if it's unavailable or doesn't fit. A course in human resource management would do them a world of good.

Good place, lots of variety, but they should change the hours here on Google and put them on Instagram because I went looking for a dress 5 minutes before 7:00 pm and they told me they couldn't help me anymore (Santiago branch).
