We visited this salon three times, and in every visit we had a great experience for me and my two daughters. From the moment you sit down, it feels more like a spa than a salon. The hair wash comes with a relaxing scalp massage and calm music. They do an excellent job with the hair and work efficiently without rushing. Even without appointments, everything moved quickly and smoothly. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and consistently great results

I visited this place four times and was satisfied until I tried their eyelash extensions. I was shown single lashes and given a price, but when I arrived, they said they only had cluster lashes. I had no choice but to proceed. The technician’s skill was very poor. The lashes were placed too close to my eyes, caused pain, and were extremely uncomfortable. They weren’t real extensions, just one-time strip lashes. My eyelids hurt all day, and I had to pay another salon to remove them the next day. When I asked for a refund, I was completely ignored. Due to their poor service and lack of responsibility, I do not recommend this place anymore.

This is the first salon in the Dominican Republic where I have found a Korean body scrub offered. I was pleased and shocked by the wonderful wet room and how the service was completed. In a Korean spa, the treatment is done in the open with others. But Wellness House has a private cabin and modesty garments which will make everyone feel comfortable. Rosaura was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable with everything including water temperature and cabin temperature. The heated facial machine even relieved a migraine I had been fighting for days. The salon was lovely with the hair washing and styling. Chantal was so wonderful adapting to my finer, fragile hair texture and made sure I looked my best. I cannot say enough good things about the Wellness House. I will be returning with my daughter for a girls day soon!

I had such a great experience at this salon! The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and stylish from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so kind and professional, and Jennifer, who dried my hair, did an absolutely amazing job. She was gentle, detail-oriented, and made sure my hair looked perfect — soft, shiny, and full of volume. I left feeling super confident and happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results!
