Great people and they keep it real about the gold on your feet. Update! Well that’s what I thought! So I initially drove down from puerto plata where I currently live to get my shoes cleaned and possibly repaired. The initial tech gave me a price for 2 services, the cleaning and repair. Thinking everything was done, I sent payment and had a courier pick up my sneakers to find out that only half the job (the cleaning) was done. Problem number 1 “no quality assurance” meaning no one verified nor cared to verify if the job was completed. To add, when I initially asked for a photo of the shoes before I made payment, it seemed like something difficult for them to do. Problem number 2 now they want me to drive all the way to Santo Domingo just for an amount not worth an hour of my time.

Everything looks great on Instagram. I thought they'd be more organized and responsible. Besides opening the store late and making you wait outside, they don't deliver on their promises. I ordered 10 pairs of sneakers on a Monday at 10 AM for delivery between Wednesday and Thursday. I arrived on Thursday and only 3 pairs were ready. They told me to come back the next day. Friday came and only 4 of the 10 were ready. 96 hours passed and only 40% of the work was completed. They deserve a 0/10. If you're looking for good, fast work, don't bother coming here. A waste of time and money.

It's ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend anyone take their sneakers to be washed there. They charge a fortune and leave them looking worse than before.
