Excellent service, top-notch attention, and above all, a wide variety of items. In my opinion, the best showroom is the one at Estrella Sadhala (Main).

It's the worst, although in the Dominican Republic 80% of customer service doesn't work, this is making our experience the worst. We bought a TV in November, but since we don't live there, the service wasn't installed until February, and the TV doesn't work. We've had a complaint for a month, and nobody says anything. But I swear on my life that I'll be the last person they scam with their defective appliances.

Terrible service: After buying an appliance and having it installed incorrectly, the customer service representative was incredibly rude and shut us out twice. We waited two weeks for them to come and wreck the wall, and now we have to wait another week for them to send someone to fix the mess they made during the installation. Their communication is awful; one person says one thing, another says something else, and the customer always ends up feeling bad. No one resolves anything; they just keep sending you running around in circles. The customer service is terrible, and the technicians are incompetent. I will never buy from them again.

People who solve problems 100% of the time I bought a washing machine two years ago and it's still like new, very good quality!!!
