The worst customer service ever. They don't listen, they can't manage the accounts, and they can't resolve any problems. They always make mistakes that suit their needs. Their payment system is terrible—it's via WhatsApp, and nobody answers you. When they do, they can't provide a solution and just leave you on read. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

If you go at 6:40 PM, they tell you the register is closed and they can't open, then they spend the other 20 minutes talking and making excuses. They need to look into this because it can cause delays for customers due to shameless employees, damaging the company.
