Store needs more options to offer to the customers

Terrible service!! Apparently, the staff has no knowledge about the products they sell. They have misleading advertising; they sold me one product instead of another, and when I went to complain, they claimed ignorance and lack of knowledge (supposedly it was a new model). To top it all off, they were demanding a penalty for their mistake. And if that weren't enough, they refuse to return my initial payment. The funniest thing is that I was supposed to pay the penalty immediately, yet they were going to return my initial payment in 30 or 55 business days!

Beware of buying "new" appliances at this store. We bought a refrigerator for Mother's Day a little over a year ago, and it stopped freezing after a month. We've been going back and forth for months, and they only offer to repair or replace the faulty part of the supposedly new appliance. There's no warranty on anything, and they don't take responsibility for their incompetence. We're currently waiting for the consumer protection agency to intervene on our behalf.
