I saw an item that I wanted to purchase, but I don't speak spanish. It was unfortunate that not one of the sales persons at this store, Distribuidora Corripio on Kennedy Ave in Santo Domingo could help me and did not make an effort to assist me.
A bit overpriced for everything and the ladies that they have working at the cashier area have terrible attitudes. They're more interested in being on their telephones than assisting customers. When you approached the window they roll their eyes at you. They make you feel as if you are bothering them and there are other times that there is no customer at the window and they still make you stand in the line while they finish whatever they're doing on their phone before they call you up to the window. This is not the first time that I've had this experience because I have purchased quite a few things at the store and spent well over 275,000 pesos there in the past 18 months or so. I find that the men have much better customer service. I don't understand why you have people with such terrible attitudes servicing your customers. This is the last interaction that your customer has before leaving the store and certainly not a pleasant experience or leaving someone wanting to return again. You either need to get rid of these people you have working in that area or train them better and teach your staff what good customer service is. That attitude and also being on the cell phone while at work would get you fired. I think that is something this country is severely lacking. Customer service is extremely important because there are many places where you can make purchases so if you want a customer to return to your business then you need to provide good customer service. You shouldn't have to send a customer to another location to make a return and then have them come back to your store to purchase something else or to pick up something else. Everything should be done in one spot. I find this country loves to put the customer last and inconvenience the customer as much as possible. I hope that you take this feedback and you can train your employees better and possibly change how you handle returns or exchanges if there is a problem with the product. I also hope that when you sell a product that you would actually carry parts for it. I spent 100,000 pesos on a refrigerator but I can't purchase a filter from your store because you don't have it. Why would you sell a product if you can't service it or sell the supplies needed to maintain it?
They have a large range of appliances. And good offers on holidays.
Better variety comparing to other Corripio stores. Good offers on mother's day.
Great place to purchase. They give the opportunity to live good
