Avoid it. I was there with my son and wife. We're not wearing suit because we just finished our two weeks holiday in Punta Cana and we drove to Santiago but wanted to buy a piano worth over 100 thousand pesos for my son.The service was horrible. The worst I've ever seen in my life. Almost didn't serve my wife because she is dominican. After she left the shop they sent me away from their private parking which was empty. I'm very upset

Great service, friendly employees. My daughter saved her money to buy her first violin. She is happy. We went to 3 different stores. This was her choice.🙏🏿👍🏿
