Great customer service & dedicated team!

I haven't bought anything yet, just a mouse, but a friend of mine said he bought his whole PC here. I went to his house and everything looks good, the quality is excellent. I recommend it.

Terrible. This place treats customers like dirt. If you ask for a product, they say they have it, and then they say they don't. When you complain, they won't admit their mistake and instead of accepting suggestions, they'll argue with you. I don't recommend it; it's a complete waste of time dealing with the "Customer Service" provided by Mariana Rosa via WhatsApp.

I bought a laptop caddy and it worked perfectly. But in my next interaction, they sold me a 180W Dell charger and told me it was the original one for my laptop. I trusted them and bought it because I'm not a laptop expert. Now I wake up to find that the laptop itself is telling me in English that the 180W charger is insufficient (the BIOS reset, and apparently, to hide the warning, they turned off the low power charger notifications). They charged me 2000, saying it was the original and that I would never have any more problems. I have a Dell Precision M6800, and the charger they gave me was for a Dell Precision M4800 (they're the same charger, but their power capacity is different: 180W/240W). I felt terrible because I thought I would never have to worry about a charger for this laptop again.

In total, I've already bought one laptop and one Smart TV, both almost two years old, without any problems whatsoever. The service is personalized from the moment you message them on WhatsApp until you pick up your order at the store or they ship it to your home... 1000 stars, keep up the good work!
