They didn't have what I was looking for but good service

I took a mini laptop that my wife received as a gift. The person who gave it to her said the charging port was damaged. I took it to Todo Lapto to be checked. The guy at Todo Lapto, I think he was the owner, plugged in a charger and it turned on. It turned out the screen was the only problem, and that's why he told me the checkup would cost 500 pesos. It's outrageous. Nice location, but if they keep treating customers like this, I don't see a future for that business.

They offer good customer service, however some used equipment is not worth the advertised price because it is too worn.

Almost all the equipment I've bought has had problems. I went and even complained, but I didn't get a solution. The only thing that didn't have any problems was a sealed tablet, but otherwise, I recommend buying from a more reliable place.
