Very good service and good food

My experience was terrifying. I went in and immediately ran out in a panic. This place is very dark, and I was especially concerned about the hygiene. When I arrived, I asked if there was a bathroom, and it turns out they do have one, but there's no sink, soap, or water to wash your hands. So I ask you, do they serve you food after using the bathroom without washing your hands? I invite public health officials to visit this place; it's a walking danger of potential amoebas and hepatitis! How disgusting. I don't understand how people can be so unhygienic and give 5 stars to a place that lacks basic hygiene.
