Our experience was excellent, meeting all the expectations one has for a one-day tour to an island in a country where you're a tourist: transparency and competitive pricing, easy communication, punctuality — they make everything simple and think of everything (food, culture, comfort, fun, scenery), all with great respect for local tourism professionals, which really makes a difference. Personally, I like knowing that I’m contributing to local businesses, and that Dominican culture and nature continue to be showcased with pride. Not a single problem or inconvenience during the entire tour — in fact, I asked to arrange more outings with them. Something else I really appreciated: absolutely no pressure to buy other services or anything that might make you uncomfortable: souvenirs, massages, etc. none of that. The guides were very mindful and respectful in that sense. Honestly, if you were looking for a sign, you found it.
