TOTAL MONUMENTAL is not just a gas station; it's a great place to chill! You can fuel up your car and then relax in their indoor area. They offer a variety of snacks, beer, coffee and have a self serve hot dogs, station. It's a unique spot where you can take a break from your journey and enjoy some refreshments. Highly recommend for anyone passing through! hubby and me always stop there !

I will never return. Today, Monday, December 8, 2025, at 3:46 PM, the attendant at the second pump from the highway treated the customer with contempt, mocked him, and made things difficult for him. This is the third time I've been there, and he's done the same thing, wasting my time and serving me with a bad attitude and lack of courtesy. It seems he doesn't like serving customers who use the Total Card. If they're not going to treat Total Card customers well, they should stop offering that service, and maybe the attendant won't have to endure such unpleasantness.

Saturday, June 6, 2026, I waited 15 minutes for a firefighter. There were 3 available (not counting the one attending to the car in front of me, and the ones who were taking care of the other line, which was unbelievable).

I went to this gas station and the premium gasoline was running low. I told the attendant to keep pumping until it was empty. They left the nozzle connected, and the display slowly showed the amount of gas being pumped into my vehicle. My tank didn't even go 1 km. I complained, and the attendant, after clearly pumping the nozzle for a long time (something he didn't do with my vehicle, even though he knew it was running low), filled a 7 oz cup, and that was his response. A total rip-off.

The customer service is nonexistent! Troglodytes serving at the register, unlike other gas stations. They even have feminine customer service! The minimum payment by card is 150 pesos, which seems absurd and pointless to me! It's just my experience, and therefore I won't be stopping at this gas station again!
