I hadn't gone to this car wash because of the bad reviews I'd read, but I decided to give it a chance and it didn't disappoint. It's good value for money. You pay one of the attendants who pump the fuel. I paid 600 for a classic wash with vacuuming included. They told me they're open 7 days a week from 10 am to 6 pm.

Terrible service. After you arrive, they tell you they don't wash SUVs. Don't use this service; they don't wash SUVs. They told me they don't wash Nissans or Chevrolet Tahoes. Please put up a sign and don't waste people's time. I hope the owner sees this review so he can check what his employees are doing. It's awful; don't go there.

The WORST car wash in Santo Domingo. I've tried to get my car washed three times, at different times, and there's always an excuse: no staff, the machine is broken, or no one even greets you when you arrive. Today's excuse was that the guy was locked in his car listening to music. Bad treatment, terrible service, and it's never properly cleaned. UNFORTUNATELY, it's the one closest to my house, and for "CONVENIENCE" I had to choose it. It's CLEARLY obvious that the owners have no idea how many customers they must be losing. 0% recommended

The car wash is incredibly slow. I've been waiting an hour since I bought the ticket and my vehicle hasn't even entered the machine yet. The employees apparently don't want to spend time drying cars in the sun, so instead of moving the washed vehicle forward, they leave it inside the machine to dry as soon as the machine finishes. This wastes double the time while the employees finish drying the car before the machine can start washing the next one. This is a clear case of poor management.
