Good morning, it's important to train the firefighters or improve recruitment, since the goal is service, and we want polite, not rude, treatment. We all have our off days, and as they say, we must have empathy for the workers, but if they're going to be working with the public, they must have a level of tolerance and courtesy, not rudeness and threats like what happened to me with one of those workers one Sunday. I won't mention the name and fire station number to avoid causing harm, since everyone needs their job, but it's important that these workers are given the necessary tools (courses and training), because it's the fire department's image and brand that are being damaged. This gas station is a popular gathering place for people going to the racetrack, those going for a ride, bikers, etc. As a meeting point, it's in a good location. I noticed two things compared to how it was before. Today when I came, I noticed there are fewer food options to choose from. It's like there are, but at the same time, there aren't. Secondly, they've removed a good number of chairs. There used to be more seating, but now there aren't. If they plan to add more merchandise, that would be great because there's a part that functions as a terrace, but I understand it could be improved.

I love this Bomba, the convenience of Café Bonjour at all its branches, but something I've noticed is that every time I go to get the sandwiches they make, they never have them, or they only make them at a certain time, even though I arrive past 8:30 just in case, and still nothing. It's not just at this Bomba, but at some others as well. They used to have a great variety of hot snacks, like kibbeh, pastries, croquettes… it seems like the kitchen has declined. Please fix that 😭😫
