Apparently, the car wash now belongs to Bendito Café, and I had the worst experience today. I arrived at 1:30 pm to eat and take the opportunity to wash my car, since it was already 5:00 pm and they still hadn't started washing my car. Minutes earlier, I sat in the front to see when they would start, and what I noticed was that people who arrived later than me were already leaving 🤡. There were only three cars ahead of me when I arrived, so logically, they couldn't take more than three hours to start washing mine. In the end, I asked for my car keys, and without saying a word, they proceeded to take my car out. The lack of tact and customer service throughout the car wash's history is evident.

One of my favorite gas stations, the fuel mileage is amazing, the service is excellent, they have smart air dispensers, and they have a wonderful place to spend a pleasant time chatting with your friends, "Bendito Café" (Blessed Coffee).

I highly don't recommend this car wash... It works fine until the business has to take responsibility for something... then the experience isn't so good. After washing my car there, several days later I noticed the windshield was cracking. There's a chip right where the main windshield wiper blade hits. I went to management to see what could be done. Their simple response was that the security camera footage is erased every two days, and there's nothing they can do without even investigating with the car washers or reviewing my case. Unfortunately, these services leave a very bad impression.
