Such a disappointment! We contracted an excursion in our hotel at Bahía príncipe in La romana through this agency and the truth is that is the biggest Crap in Dominican republic!! Buggy & monkeys excursion 100$ each and our time with the buggy it was 8-10 minutes!! Please do not get any kind of excursions with this agency!

Our van never showed up this morning even after confirming several times throughout our stay. We had to scramble at 3 AM to find local taxis so we didn’t miss our flights.

Good and reliable services, but they can continue to improve in the online communication part.
