Excellent service on the excursions to Catalina and Saona. Some members of my family group had a health issue on the day we were scheduled to go on the Saona excursion, and they readily rescheduled us for the day. Our tour operator, José, was always attentive to our needs.

I fell in love 🥰 with Bahia Grand (El Portillo). The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and charismatic. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The entertainment team was so charming and always had a smile 😀 on their faces. The food was exquisite. There's so much more to say, but I'll leave it at that. Thank you 🤩 to Bahia Principe Grand (El Portillo) for making my vacation so much fun!

Thanks to Tourist Travel, my experience was wonderful. Getting to know another culture, its history, its people, its food, and the infrastructure itself was fantastic. I loved it; we had a great time. The most impressive thing for me was how much walking and how many steps to climb! 🤗🤗🤗👍

I liked it, but I would have liked it even more if the entertainment had been at all the pools, not just the beach pools. I also would have preferred more games and entertainment to have some variety. But overall, it was more good than bad. I liked the food; there was a lot of variety. The rooms were 10/10, the service was excellent, the theater shows were great, and the entertainers with their dances were fantastic.

I didn't like: little entertainment at the pools, very late room check-in. I liked: the rooms, the staff's service, the varied food, the Christmas Eve activities.
