Hello, I want to report one of your drivers. He was driving recklessly on the Las Americas Highway today, Sunday, April 28th, around 4:30 pm. It was raining heavily, the highway was flooded, and traffic was completely stopped. This driver was honking aggressively, trying to force the car in front of him to move forward, even though there was nowhere to go. The driver of the car in front of the bus driver got out and asked him why he was honking if they couldn't move. He also asked him to please stop honking, as he had children with him. The driver continued honking aggressively. I would appreciate it if you would train your staff to respect other drivers. Thank you. Have a good day.
