They are highly recommended as a company. Thank you for being so courteous, thank you Pilar.
I really liked the way your team worked.
The worst moving company you could ever use: they arrived without tape, barely enough strapping paper, they broke the top of my table, and guess what? They refused to take responsibility for it because "these things happen" was their excuse. The beds were loosely screwed together, the screws were popping out, they didn't put things back the way they took them out, and they spent the whole time complaining about the hardships of the job they had to do. If you value your belongings, don't hire this company.
Terrible service and rude staff. The hiring process is so easy you won't hesitate to use their services, but the catch is that upon arrival, the staff adjusts the price to what you agree to because you're already moving and don't want to waste the day. Then, once you arrive at the location, they make it incredibly difficult to move your belongings, all so you'll hire extra services. For example, they'll charge you $3,500 pesos for packing a refrigerator (this is only after you've arrived at the destination, not before). They also refuse to take responsibility if your belongings get scratched or dented. They'll try to put you in a situation where you can't possibly back out. The person you speak with is very friendly when you're hiring their services, but then, when it comes to the real business of making you pay more, they change completely. They speak in a different tone, which in my experience was nothing like the person I initially spoke with. In short, don't hire this company because you could have a bad experience, and if you don't accept their terms, you'll have to pay them the agreed-upon amount before they even start moving and then pay someone else to finish the job.
I appreciate the services provided. Thank you for your excellent work. I have a very good reference for you and will definitely be moving with you from now on.
