I first only experienced True Gelato via Pedidos. And I was blown away by their dulce de leche! This is Haagen Daaz level quality and flavor in my opinion, for half the cost of course. Flavor, taste and consistency surpasse Bon. Just recently I visited the actual establishment for the first time. First, the resturant was VERY clean. This can be hard to find in some areas. But True Gelato was very clean. No water stains on the ceilings or mold growth in the corners or grimey floors. Very refreshing. Also the employee (a young woman with glasses, I didn't get her name) was very kind and patient. She smiled and was attentive throughtout my entire transaction, which, again, can be hard to find at times. The flavor of this ice cream would keep me going back anyway, but now that I've actually been inside the place, I have a nice spot for date night too.

We really enjoyed the services, atmosphere and the options here. The ice cream products are very rich and tasty. They also have a variety of delicious non-dairy options.

Great service. Ice cream is good, not great. I would visit again because the staff was so kind to foreigners (especially those that don’t speak much Spanish).

Excellent place to share with family, friends, as a couple, or with friends. It offers a space for your little ones to have fun and play. The quality of the ice cream is very good; they offer 100% natural popsicles that I highly recommend. The service is 10/10. The young woman who served us was very attentive and efficient.

The staff is awful and not very good at social interaction. The ice cream is good.
