A very, very bad experience. We bought plane tickets for three people to Punta Cana, and we also paid for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Everything was fine with the plane tickets, but the transportation has been a terrible experience. We went outside and have been waiting for the driver for 50 minutes now. They told us 20 minutes ago that he was supposedly at exit A and that he was already moving to exit B. It's now, and he still hasn't arrived. We'll consider that money lost and take a taxi. I absolutely do not recommend this company. They are very unprofessional in this regard and haven't even bothered to check if the driver has arrived to pick us up, despite our constant calls.

The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
