My daughter has been in this school for three years now. I love it! Very good program, very good teachers. Very friendly and professional.
I really like this school, just seeing how the school works pleases me. I can't wait to make money to be my brother there. If I had the opportunity to be my brother, I would love to be my future children there. Their operation is really healthy, I'm only at the English school, I'm happy....
I'm a foreigner and signed up for their Spanish course. Firstly, their courses are extremely expensive, almost there times more than the language courses offered by the universities in my own country (Trinidad and Tobago). Even though it's an online class with just you, they restrict you from rescheduling your class, even if it's a work or family emergency. Their concept of customer service is non-existant. They do not care about their students, they only care about your money.
No one answers the phone or responds to an email. I wanted my child to take virtual classes. I had to go in person because they could only find one of my kids (I uploaded the birth certificate for both). I payed on site and got their ID's. Only one of them worked. My son missed his 1st virtual class. I created a ticket that no one responds to. I don't think any of the staff cares about anything. When I finally got someone on the line they left me on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up. I will ask for a refund. Terrible service.
I had an amazing time studying at the dominico, i have so many great memories from when i was studying, my teachers were the best, for real, The Best, in my first class i knew nothing, i could barely say Buenas tardes in english but my teachers were really patient with me and always encouraged me to keep practicing so that i could get better at the language, never judged me never made me feel less, instead the helped me get more self confidence by believing in me, i'm forever greatful for my time there. Definitivamente una de las mejores experiencias educativas de mi vida, de verdad que sí
