I don't like to give a bad review, but is there really no one who answers the phone? I've been calling for a week (since I'm far away) and they've never answered.

It is an excellent institution, university, high school and INFOTEP center.

A complete disappointment. We pay for an education they don't deliver. They ignore student messages, there's no follow-up or real support, and they don't even bother to reply in the university group chat. Lack of organization and zero commitment to the students.

I've never visited this school, but I'm giving them a low rating because today at Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes school, after a basketball tournament, the students and their physical education teacher were extremely disrespectful and violent. They almost came to blows with broomsticks and mops, physically and verbally assaulted some students and staff members, and their teacher displayed a terrible attitude and was extremely foul-mouthed. The situation escalated to the point that the national police had to be called. I'm only giving my feedback so they take it into account and improve. And I'm not defending the students at my school, as I'm aware they were also at fault.

Excellent academic center, good facilities, it needs a good community manager and a more dynamic staff 😏 Excellent Infotep center
