Great team! All of the tour guides are amazing people, recommend it 100%!
I absolutely do not recommend this travel agency. To begin with, the departure time was 4:30, and by 5:00 AM we still hadn't left. The music was incredibly loud from the start. I understand there are moments to enjoy the journey, but it's not appropriate to play music from the very beginning of the trip, especially if they know it's very early and some people had to wake up at 2:00 or 3:00 AM to arrive on time. You tell the guides to please lower the volume because you have a headache or want to rest, and they ignore you. They also speak rudely or respond rudely to your questions. Regarding the organization, they have several areas for improvement as well. When we arrived at the tour location (a beach), we were far from the social area and were placed where the boats were, which was full of seaweed. On the bus, besides the loud music, they didn't maintain order among the participants. There were drunk people shouting and cursing, and nobody said anything to them; on the contrary, they just laughed. The only good things I can say about this are the food and the driver, who was very careful at all times.
Unfortunately, our experience with this tour fell far short of expectations. We were the only three foreigners in the group, and for much of the tour, the music was played at an excessively high volume. We politely requested that it be turned down, as it was making us uncomfortable, but our request was ignored. What was most disappointing was the guide's attitude. Instead of showing empathy or seeking a solution, she made comments in front of other passengers indicating that she didn't have to "put up with our faces" and that we should understand that "Dominicans are like that." We found these kinds of remarks disrespectful and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service and tourism. We want to clarify that during our stay in the Dominican Republic, we received warm and friendly treatment from most people, so we believe this situation reflects a lack of individual professionalism rather than a lack of hospitality in the country. Traveling also involves interacting with people from different cultures, and a tour guide should contribute to creating an inclusive and respectful environment for all participants. We hope the company takes this criticism constructively and improves its staff training.
This agency is very entertaining and excellent for traveling with family or alone. They offer great entertainment and very affordable trips to different destinations.
I took a day trip to Jarabacoa. It was excellent. The service was very friendly and welcoming. They were very professional and affordable for all budgets. This is the fifth time I've gone with them and I'm very happy. The staff are lovely. I will definitely return.
