I had a really disappointing experience at this club. I went to see a concert, but when I arrived, there was absolutely no space available. I reserved 2 sections. Despite this, they refused to refund my entrance fee. The manager Gilve , who’s usually in charge, was extremely rude and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you expected, especially when there’s no effort to resolve the situation. I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or fair treatment.
