Service is very bad, when they just opened everything was amazing the service the washing everything, and now employees don’t even want to wash the cars anymore they tell you to go through the machine without even washing it manually. When you go through the machine the car is still dirty for 1400 pesos car wash COME ON!!! and when you speak to the supervisor about it he’s making jokes with the employees like the client is wrong. The competition charges 500 pesos and still does a better job then VALUX. I used to go there 2 times a week and im sure they lost other clients for these same reasons(Oh and another thing bravo products are not for cleaning cars thank you)

They mean business, love the quickness of the process, perfect for people that are always on the go.
