First, the good: HONESTY. The owner, Jesús, is very serious and honest; he doesn't hide and is upfront. The services are high quality, and they don't mess around. The prices are fair, and they frequently exceed the estimated turnaround time. What could be improved? Keep in mind that he has a loyal clientele due to his outstanding results, so sometimes he might not be able to resolve your issue immediately (depending on the case), but once they assess your vehicle and accept it for work, it's a guarantee of a job well done. In conclusion, highly recommended; he's one of the few truly reliable mechanics I've found.

Gentlemen, I had the worst experience at this shop, especially with that guy, Varón. He's no Varón at all. In October, I paid for a transmission replacement and maintenance on my Nissan Versa Note. The thing is, it didn't even last a month before I noticed problems. Maybe it was never properly fixed, but I realized it after a month. I called him to let him know, but he didn't answer or reply to messages. I took the car to him for a check-up, and he still didn't call or reply to messages. He leaves the car outside, unlocked on the street, and then it took him two weeks to call me and tell me what was wrong. When I went back, he kept going on and on, speaking rudely to customers. He even told me he'd lost the key. Anyway, I paid 60,000 pesos for a transmission, and the car has a problem that he claims is electrical, while he says the transmission is fine. Don't fall for it. Don't go there.
