Extremely disappointing experience; proceed with extreme caution. I had a very negative experience trying to purchase a 2026 Kia Sorento Luxury from Vegamovil. While the local sales staff in Santiago were friendly, the negotiation process and the subsequent handling of my deposit have been completely unacceptable. We were negotiating a cash purchase for a vehicle listed at $49,990. Despite being just $10 shy of a $50,000 transaction, the dealership refused to include even $400 worth of basic accessories (tinted windows and floor mats). Due to their total inflexibility, I chose to walk away and requested a refund of my $500 deposit. The situation has since gone from bad to worse. Vegamovil is now claiming they cannot verify the receipt of my $500 deposit, despite me providing clear documentation from Remitly showing the transfer was completed. When I spoke with the salesman, I was told that they have "too many customers" making $500 deposits to track who sent which one. It is mind-boggling that a professional car dealership lacks the basic accounting systems to reconcile incoming payments. I am now forced to go through the lengthy process of working with Remitly and Banco Popular just to prove that I made a payment that they should have easily identified. If you are considering doing business with Vegamovil, be very careful. Their inability to manage basic financial records and their lack of transparency regarding customer funds is a massive red flag. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

High prices and unwilling to negotiate with people wanting to buy a car is bad for business. Americans want the best price so you have to negotiate or we will take our money elsewhere. Bought a car down the street.

Wanted to buy a new vehicle and have a trade which they were provided info on. They made me drive up to Santiago and once there they advised me that they would not take my trade in as there was demand for my vehicle??? Extremely disappointed with this dealership...do not recommend. They lure you in but don't follow up on what it says on their website.

Went to buy a car but don't speak very good Spanish. Pedro to the rescue!!! Bought a car at Vagamovil and they delivered...literally. Had a few hoops to jump through, one being insurance coverage. Pedro had them come to me with a policy on the spot. A snag in taking possession as the system to register was down that day and into the next. When it came up that evening before closing, Pedro was on the road to delivery car two hours away!! ##AWESOME! Could not ask for better service, especially as a foreigner in this country. Would recommend to ALL.
