I bought a pair of Karla White Green Limited Edition shoes, and after a few months, the sole was already coming unglued. I was told the back part wasn't suitable for the Dominican climate, which is why they discontinued that style. They told me they would replace the shoes, and I've been waiting for almost a month, and they haven't responded to my Instagram messages or confirmed the shipment. UPDATE: I received a refund for the shoes. I appreciate the refund since I understand the shoes were eight months old (with minimal use each month) when I contacted them about the issue, and they offered to replace them. I have a pair of canvas shoes, which are the ones they sell now; they're six months old and still in good condition. I'm increasing my rating because they're an environmentally conscious company that strives to recycle and clean up the streets of plastic.

One isn't so used to buying shoes of Dominican origin, but with examples like Vegans Wear, it's 100% worth it. The sneakers are very comfortable and practical to wear anytime, the customer service is excellent, and the prices are great too.
