Its ok,. but needto improve customer service

The seller (Richard) was very kind and respectful but the supposed person in charge of closing the sale is an arrogant young man, inexperienced in business. When it came to closing the deal on a 2015 Toyota 4runner with 87,000 miles on it and imported for more than a year, he rejected a solid offer of $39,500 DOLLARS for a price of $41,000 DOLLARS, instead of negotiating better he became a joke. In times of Covid-19, letting go of $39,500 DOLLARS and the vehicle is still there, as they say in good Dominican POR PARIGUAYO! 😅
