NOT RECOMMENDED. I had an emergency with my dog, and from the moment I arrived, they treated me with absolutely no empathy for the dog. They had barely seen her when they were already discussing how much they were going to charge. I had left her in the hospital, and on the first day, they charged me more than half. They took 9,000 pesos out of a total of 11,000 and told me to pay in cash because if I swiped my card, they wouldn't give me a discount. When I arrived the next day, I found the dog dead. They said they knew I had no hope, and on top of that, they raised the total and charged me 13,000 pesos. They are reckless thieves. They took away my last night with my dog ​​just to take their money.

Terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS AWFUL VET CLINIC. I took my dog ​​there on a Sunday because I had no other option. His rear end was swollen and in a lot of pain. First, we had to wait 20 minutes because no one was there; the person who was supposed to be there was "running an errand." When they finally arrived, they just glanced at him and said he was fine and that nothing could be done. And to top it all off, the consultation cost $3,850. If you truly love your pets, do not take them to this vet clinic.

My dog ​​died while I was desperately searching for help. The service was terrible. I arrived between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM with my dog ​​in a very lethargic and weak state, especially since their description claims they operate 24 hours a day and even have an emergency number. When I arrived, no one answered the door. I called the emergency number several times while I was at the door, and they kept disconnecting me.

Completely incompetent and irresponsible people, only interested in getting paid. I had an emergency with my dog, and instead of providing the best possible care, they were more focused on giving me a quote for how much they were going to charge me. They gave me false hope so I would leave her there and charge me more. She spent her last moments alone, knowing there was no way to save her. Not recommended at all in any way.
