Excellent customer service and great care for our pets.

From the moment we arrived, they attended to us quickly and even examined our dog free of charge because we were leaving her at a vet hotel. She suffers from anxiety and coughs as soon as she leaves the house. My Maltese is always nervous for two days after I leave her at the vet hotel. This time, she arrived calm. I think they treated her so well that the separation didn't affect her as much. And since we couldn't pick her up before closing time, they offered to bring her back to us when we arrived so she wouldn't have to spend another day away from home. We are very grateful for the service and will be changing vets to continue with Dr. Piantini's.
