I took my baby oreo to get all her paper work done for traveling i found this vet online and it was the best choice i could have made the staff is super friendly the doctor as well they explained the process to me and were super helpful and responsive when i had doubts so if you're considering taking your fur baby to a vet and u have no idea where here is the place for u i would give them a 10 stars if i could 😅😅
The vet is neither organized nor qualified. I once took my cat there because she was vomiting. She was diagnosed, and to make a long story short, she had gastritis. The vet recommended "gastrointestinal" cat food (important detail), along with other medications. But they said they didn't have it, so I had it ordered from Santo Domingo. A few days later, I went back to buy more food and asked the receptionist if they had it. She said yes, it was the "urinary" food, and I argued that the vet had said it was the gastrointestinal one. The receptionist confirmed with the vet, who said it wasn't the urinary one, the purple one. (There's also a chat conversation confirming the same thing.) It seemed strange to me, but since I'm not a vet, I bought the recommended food. I found it strange, but since I'm not a vet, I bought the one she recommended. The vomiting intensified, and I had to pay 13,000 pesos for new food, tests, and the appointment, all because the doctor prescribed the wrong food. It was actually the "gastrointestinal" food, as mentioned at the beginning. On this second visit, she gave me another batch of medication and said she would provide me with a dropper to administer the medicine. She made me wait for about 30 minutes (between that and the fact that the payment system wasn't working). She never gave me the dropper; she simply left and never came back. They recommend foods they never have, medications they also never have. They can't even tell you where to get them except in Santo Domingo. And on top of that, they tried to charge me 18,000 pesos. But after checking the receipt, I told them there was a mistake, and they reconfirmed and lowered it to 13,000. But my receipt said 12,000. I didn't go back to complain because I was tired of waiting. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, I feel they lack the experience to handle more than one patient at a time. When they have two or three patients simultaneously, it becomes very chaotic; no one knows what to do, the doctor rushes around, gets stressed, and provides poor or incomplete care.
I'm so grateful 🥺💖 They treated my pet like their own, with so much love and care. They made me feel at ease the whole time. It's a place where they truly care about the animals' well-being. ❤️
The best vet, without a doubt 🐾. They always treat my dog with such love and care that you can feel the moment you walk in. They are super attentive, clear, and careful. You can come here with peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. 100% recommended 💯🐶💕
The best! ❤️ I appreciate the care with which they treated my family's furry friends. I went for the first time in August of last year for a feline sterilization campaign, and I've continued taking the cats since then. They always provide excellent service and are very decent. I recommend the Pet Hotel and the Feline Spa 😻 They returned my cat to me looking very cute and bathed after his last stay.
