My dog recently had a bad experience at this place. I took him to get a bath, and half an hour later they asked me to pick him up because he wouldn't let them put a muzzle on him or bathe him. Apparently, he got nervous (he's never in a cage or tied up at home), so he wouldn't let them touch him and he defecated. Ms. Celeste Guerrero called him aggressive and said she doesn't work with that type of dog. When I picked him up, I told her to keep the money I spent ($700 pesos) for the inconvenience. I explained that he's not an aggressive dog and that it could have been the circumstances (the cage, the muzzle, the number of dogs and cats at the vet), and she replied that she doesn't keep the customer's money. While I was waiting for the refund, she commented, "That dog clearly doesn't get any love." I left very indignant, but before I left I told her, "We love my dog and give him lots of affection. You're not in a position to judge someone you don't know. God bless you." I understand the situation was difficult and I apologized when we arrived. But she has a terrible attitude.
