I took my pet for surgery she was bitten by a bigger dog they where very friendly and explained everything to me, but the doctor told me she had to stay for the night cause they did torax surgery she told me that the next day she started to work at 11am I receive a call from a private number at 8am telling me they try to operate mu dog again cause she had liquid in her lungs but she didn’t make it , then they call me from the office number, the dr was never at the clinic when she called me they lie to me telling me my puppy died that morning knowing she died during the night i have no proof of someone staying there like they said that they have a trained person to stay over the night, they called me at 8am I went to pick up my puppy at 9am and the smell was terrible my puppy was discomposed, terrible they lie and have the pets unattended over the night and lying to the owners not caring the pain you feeling...

Excellent service!! Shop, hospital, hotel, spa, and everything for your dogs and cats. The doctors are excellent, very friendly, and professional. The park is a bit restricted, but there's a very disciplined and dedicated person who assists you with park access. The shop is small, but it's a world of service, attention, and love for your pet.
