I disagree with Rogelin's opinion. In my experience, this courier has consistently provided high-quality service: they respond even outside of business hours, offer an excellent rate per pound, and my orders always arrive in perfect condition and very quickly. Furthermore, they have extended their business hours on several occasions to allow customers to pick up their orders. However, it's important to understand that they can't always operate that way because some customers may not be able to adapt to their established schedule. I understand that each customer may have different experiences, but I believe it's important to be fair and prudent when making comments, especially when it comes to businesses, as inaccurate opinions can unfairly harm them.

It's the worst courier service in the Dominican Republic. It's closed most of the time, they don't answer calls, and they don't respond on WhatsApp 😡, that's why I'm going to another one!!
