We enjoyed our stay at this Villa very much. The home is comfortable and the pool was perfect. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The chef prepares amazing meals and is very friendly. I definitely recommend this Villa, especially if you're traveling with a large group of people and need a big home.

My experience was exceptionally amazing. We couldn’t have ask for more. To make story short I had a bad experience with a villa I rented so I googled villas near me and seen “Francisco Villa” I couldn’t believe the pictures and it was ok exactly what we needed. It was around 8pm and I made reservations through Booking.com and call the number that was provided. The owner answer the phone right away. The villa was or is a dream house. It was clean and ready. He sent someone to assist us since day 1. The service was amazing. The price included a chef and cleaning services. We wanted to stay longer but it was reserved. So if you thinking about renting this villa do ahead of time. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this villa.

Villa Francisco is a beautiful and quaint location. We began coordinating our stay months in advance and the hosts were attentive throughout. The most notable part of stay is the Villa staff, who are professional and prioritize premier customer service; each and any minor comment, concern or observation brought up was addressed immediately and efficiently. A few overall notes, the home is smaller than the pictures would lead you to assume. The main living area on the ground floor has a large dining table and 6 comfortable chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a small couch. There’s a lounge area on the second floor with a TV but you have to climb the winding glass stairs to access. The spacing on the first floor needs to be reimagined to accommodate more comfortable seating. The smallest bedroom of the 6 is accessible only via the outdoor pool area and all other bedrooms are on the first and second floors. The house needs entertainment options, games, an outdoor projector and screen, etc. There is a large Bluetooth speaker outdoors, but the connection can be inconsistent; however their is a club across the street from the villa that does not close until 3am, you will often have competing music until late in the night. The outdoor furniture desperately needs to be updated, it is worn by exposure to severe weather and the existing limited options should be expanded to better leverage the ample and breathtaking outdoor space. There is a covered area with a sectional couch at the front of the house, but it is nowhere near the pool area. Overall we loved Villa Francisco and would come back anytime. We are just offering some suggestions that would improve the experience for future renters. When we were going out for a beach day, house staff helped us get their cooler, ice, drinks and homemade sandwiches prepped and packed. There is a supermarket within walking distance to the Villa, but the Villa is situated in a questionably safe area and caution is advised when venturing outside the complex’s walls. The house comes with a cook that can prepare three meals a day; we coordinated our menu and had the host purchase the food in advance in order to maximize enjoyment and minimize back and forth - this worked out perfectly. My spouse and I wanted massages and the host coordinated without delay. A very special shout out to Mercedes our host, Cristian and Jewry our drivers, and the Villa’s inspired cook, Mayelin and her assistant Cindy.

This is the most amazing place I’ve ever went. The chef was amazing. There was always someone their to help with whatever we needed. Will definitely be going again. Speechless!
