This beach house is excellent and cozy. Here you can enjoy a beautiful beach pool. The house is currently remodeled to improve this beautiful house. I recommend it 100%.

Amazing villa to spend your holidays in! We enjoyed a lot in Casa Playa, it has all the facilities you need and the staff (chiefs, cleansers, security…) are really nice. It’s expensive but it has paid off!

We visited the villa 1 week. Casa Playa is amazing. The staff, Carlos and Danny and Genito, are the best. World class cooking! Very nice beach. Easy access to the village. We rent some atv's, fun to do.

This is a beautiful villa. However, we had a huge problem with the maids. My daughter joined us from college. When she left to go back to the University of Maine, she left all of her clothes in a pile on the floor in the bedroom where she stayed. She did not want to take them to Maine and we arranged for me , her mother, to take them home for her. The maids took every article of clothing she left, including shoes! We called the police and the maids said that they were dirty, (big lie) and that they took ALL of her things and threw them away. I do hope the maids , Rosa and Denny were fired over this incident, but I highly doubt it. We noticed several things missing throughout the week, but let it go until I realized the clothes and a Yeti cup disappeared. My daughter had a trip booked to Thailand over her Christmas break and she, unfortunately, had to scrabble around to borrow summer clothes for her vacation of a lifetime! The broker, Tony refused to get involved and told us that he could not do anything because the clothes were gone. We later learned that Tony did not even notify the owner of the villa after he told us that he did! The maids work directly under the villa's owner, not Tony. Horrible experience for all of us and much unneeded drama! It's been two months since our stay at this beautiful villa and still not resolved!
