I recently stayed at this cabaña in Santiago and had a mixed experience. I stayed in the room that has a pool. On the positive side, the place is very quiet and peaceful, which made it great for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. Privacy was definitely one of the highlights — it felt very secluded and well-designed for a private stay. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The bathroom had a leak that was never fixed during my stay, despite reporting it. I also had problems with the TV not working, and after calling twice, I was completely ignored. The pool itself is nice, but the system is inconvenient — you have to call to turn on the heater, and it only stays on for about 30 minutes, which means you have to keep calling again if you want to continue using it. Another downside is that basic amenities are not readily available. You need to call to request items like toothpaste, a toothbrush, extra soap, or towels, which feels unnecessary for a place at this price point. Speaking of price, it is very expensive for what you get. I paid $17,000 pesos for one night, and that didn’t include any food — just two bottles of water and one seltzer. Overall, the place has great potential because of its comfort, space, and privacy, but the lack of service and attention to maintenance does not justify the high price.

To whom may concern, This place is a hidden treasure. If you are lucky enough to know of it's existence, then you already know its magnificent. What makes this place a 4 star n not a 5 star is that, it has no billiard, no theater, no chef, and no limousine service (which none of these things matters). Those are 4.5 -5 star amenities. Besides, you will still get the enjoyment from your stay as you would from a 5 star place (as for some of you, a 1 star place).

The place is great and clean with a great decor and services but be prepared to pay triple the prices or even more, it's ridiculous...!
