The villa is very nicely done. Beautiful, brand new, great architecture. But the finishing is soooo cheap. That's such a shame for such an investment. Cheap furnitures that broke since the first day. The main big bedroom downstairs DO NOT HAVE A PRIVATE BATHROOM. In other to get to it you have to cross the living room AND the dining room. 🙈🙈🙊. Tiles were coming out of the wall in the bathroom. Even worst... We had a bad experience since the door of the bar hit someone in the head because it was hooked with plastic hook. We have to say that the owner took ALL the responsibilities immediately. Over all... A few adjustments and it will be a perfect house well situated. Felix was always there and available when we needed him..
