I purchased the billing and tablet combo. When I opened the package and checked the tablet, it looked fine on the outside but was in terrible condition on the inside. It was incredibly slow, wouldn't hold a charge, and with the charger plugged in, instead of increasing the battery percentage, it actually decreased. But that wasn't the only problem. When I looked at the supposed billing/point-of-sale system, it turned out to be an app they had downloaded from the Amazon store before delivering the combo. I requested a refund for the tablet and agreed to keep the printer and cash register, but they have refused to give me my money back. I went to their store, but they wouldn't even speak to me. Only the cashier spoke to me, and that was because she couldn't hide. The manager never answered my calls. I handed the tablet over to them and left, and they claim they aren't responsible for me leaving it in their store. They practically robbed me and are mocking me.

They're not trustworthy; they scammed me with a monitor. I took the monitor to them to have it checked, and they told me they weren't responsible, even though it supposedly had a 30-day warranty, and I hadn't even had it for a full day.

I purchased this software hoping to improve my business's billing management, trusting in its promised features and the supposed customer support. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The system is functional, but it has significant limitations that require technical assistance to resolve. The biggest problem, however, has been the technical support. It has been one of the worst I've ever encountered: delayed responses (when they respond at all), unclear solutions, and a general lack of commitment to the customer. When you purchase software for a business, you expect serious and efficient support, especially when issues arise that affect daily operations. In this case, that support has been sorely lacking. I do not recommend this software if you are looking for a reliable tool with a technical team that is genuinely interested in helping you.

Very bad service, they sell used and defective technological products and then do not take responsibility

The staff's treatment isn't that great, there are no places to sit and wait, but other than that they are good at their job.
