Horrible experience, they charge you based on how you look, I paid 2150 pesos for some with hot gel and they even charged me to remove the gel I had before, only because they realized I live out of the country!!! I will never go back, it's not because of the money, it's because of the abuse!! Ahh my hair was like straw, and I couldn't let it go, the supposed hot gel was horrendous!

Es un lugar que para los que salen tarde de sus trabajos lo pueden tener como opción, los parqueos son un tema entre otras cosas. Pero las chicas son amables, profesionales y serviciales . Este establecimiento puede mejorar desde su aspecto físico , como algunos precios y otros detalles como las chicas que hacen las uñas ( o hay que esperar mucho o se fue la luz y no tiene planta ). Yo lo frecuento semanal, porque la persona que me atiende es muy buena y mi pelo está cuidado. Cada persona tiene experiencia distintas , puedes ir y probar por tu propia cuenta .

The service itself isn't bad, however, there's almost no parking nearby, and I had a bad experience with it. One of the parking spaces (there are two) belongs to the owner, an elderly woman who is quite rude. Because of the cramped space, I didn't realize I had parked slightly outside the other available space next to hers, and when she left, she hurled insults at me while her drunk son helped me out of the parking lot. Furthermore, the morning special price isn't entirely accurate since it doesn't specify that the cost is higher for longer hair (mind you, my hair was medium length). It only mentions that "certain restrictions apply," which is neither clear nor concise. If you need a salon available early in the morning or late at night, it's perfect for you.

Excellent service, very friendly and courteous staff, and personalized customer service. Areas for improvement: greater parking availability, vehicle security, and improved security at the entrance and exit to the premises (i.e., a security guard). Request street lighting from the appropriate authorities.
