I just recently had the best experience working with Volalto! After a lot of research, I found Volalto for my group trip down to Punta Cana. The team was extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning finding us the perfect home for the trip. Ultimately we landed on the beautiful Casa Calma- a stunning home with an even more amazing staff! Shamir, our concierge, helped guide us through the weekends activities and was always accessible for last minute requests. Milton, our butler, was AMAZING! From the moment we were greeted at the home on arrival, the staff took care of everything! The chef cooked all of our amazing meals. The housekeeper kept everything so clean and provided fresh towels each day. Milton kept the drinks flowing so my guests could enjoy their time just relaxing by the pool! Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone looking for a group trip down to Punta Cana! My entire group is looking to visit again!!! The experience was very luxury and high-touch.

Beyond amazing reliable management group. Would highly recommend using them for renting a villa We rented a 6 room stunning villa and the included staff (housekeepers, chef, butler, concierge etc) was superb.. Our butler Sam happily catered to all our needs and truly elevated the experience of the vacation, he was absolutely extraordinary. Volalto assigns a concierge to take care of anything you need (information, reservations etc) before vacation and is super helpful while you are there. Malvis our concierge was fabulous. The chef Fernando did an outstanding job satisfying 12 different guests! The villa was even more spectacular than the pictures. Volalto was easy to communicate with while choosing our villa and answering all our questions. We were a bit anxious to rent in a foreign country but thanks to Volalto we had no issues and we certainly hope to use them again. We rent large upscale villas every year and this villa and experience was the best we ever had.
