1. My fiancé paid 3,000 pesos for a Spain transit visa consultation, and the consultant told us she would contact the Spanish embassy to find out which visa suited his application. But never got back to us. 2. We paid 7,500 pesos for her to start our case. Without consulting us or asking about our availability, she made a premium appointment with the Spanish embassy. We never asked for a premium appointment. As a result, my fiancé had to pay approximately 11,000 pesos. 3. According to the Spanish government, any English document needs to be translated by a certified translator, but as a lawyer, she did not know this. We had to find this information ourselves. 4. Despite charging us all this money, she only sent us a list of documents to collect. She created a WhatsApp group for us to send the documents but didn’t even respond or create a file for us. 5. We repeatedly asked her in the group if the documents we provided were sufficient for his case, but she did not respond. 6. She claims on her website that she is certified to do English translations, but she doesn’t even speak English. - doesn’t even make sense. 7. I come from a family that has traveled the world. I have two sisters who are lawyers, and we've gone through other lawyers for similar applications. She didn’t do half of what a lawyer is supposed to do. 8. She also assumed I would fill out my fiancé’s visa application form, even though we paid her to provide this service. 9. If she didn’t know how to handle a Spain transit visa, she should have told us right from the beginning instead of taking us in circles, wasting our time and money. 10. Whenever we call her, she tells us she’s busy and will call us back, but she never does. There’s no professionalism at all. 11. When my fiancé visited her office a few days before the appointment at a time she suggested, she kept him waiting for an hour, saying she had another client. 12. She mishandled my fiancé's Schengen visa application, filling it out with incorrect information and things we never advised her of. Had we submitted it, he would have faced misrepresentation and possibly been banned. 13. She even told us the appointment was on a certain day, but when we looked at the document, it was scheduled for another day. 14. All those 5-star reviews seem to be fake. Looks people have been paid to leave those reviews. Please think twice before seeking her services. 14. I usually don’t put reviews like this, but she really took us for a ride.
My experience with VP Consultoria Legal has been very positive. Their level of professionalism is great. They always keep their words when dealing with documents. They advise you and guide you on how to complete the documents in record time. I highly recommend their service.
Terrible service, I contacted them and explained my query, they asked for the person's personal data and address, then no further contact, nor did they even bother to reply that they were not going to provide the service.
Exceptionally fast and efficient service for translation and equalization at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
Allison is very competent and showed great empathy and willingness to assist with her advice and guidance. I recommend her service to anyone who needs support and guidance on immigration matters to the United States.
